Nothing compares to getting on the water, feeling the boat glide, and realizing your technique is working for you as the boat runs ever so smoothly. However, there are a few things you can do to arrive upon maximal enjoyment. Try breaking up a paddling machine workout similar to something you'd do on the water. For example, four minute pieces with some technical goals in mind. While the cardinal sin once on the water, having a stereo playing during a paddling machine workout is not a bad idea. It'll help
